HOW TO ORDER: RESTAURANTS, BEER, WINE & SPIRITS
All order taking, placing & handling is done by Resort Room Service. You never have to call the restaurant yourself. All prices are the exact same as the current in-house restaurant prices.

SIMPLE AS 1,2,3

1) Download a copy of our Dine-In Magazine, then browse through the menus and select the items you want from any establishment (please refer to individual restaurant menus for delivery hours).

2) Call Resort Room Service direct & give us your, address, name, payment type & your order (make sure to inform us if your a VIP customer for a special deal).

3) Sit back, Relax, & prepare to dine-in! Your delivery will arrive between 30 to 60 minute

DELIVERY NOTES:

Cancellation Policy: 12 hours notice required for advance orders, a 25% charge might apply for late cancellations. Once a restaurant order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as your order is already being prepared at the restaurant and we have to pay for it.

Menu items, prices & POSTED RESTAURANT DELIVERY HOURS are subject to change without notice.

Although we make every effort to deliver hot quality fresh meals to your door, certain items do not travel well and may need to be briefly reheated.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to a 5% GST tax. Resort Room Service reserves the right to refuse service. Must be 19 years of age or older for liquor and tobacco delivery, please have your photo I.D. available. Not responsible either directly or indirectly for any consequences after delivery of a product or service.

Gratuities are not included in your total bill, any where between 10 to 20% is customary. Food orders of $140.00 or more will have a 15% gratuity included on your bill.

WHERE WE DELIVER:
We deliver to any house, condo, hotel room, workplace, beach, picnic, etc... anywhere in the Whistler area.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
• Only a $7.50 (GST included) delivery charge for each restaurant that you order from.
• Only a $7.50 (GST included) delivery charge from the Blackcomb Specialty Liquor Store.
• Orders delivered to Kadenwood, Westside, Spring Creek, Function Junction & Emerald will have a $1.00 fuel surcharge added to the bill.


• Grocery delivery is $15.00 (GST included) for orders up to 10 items. Give us a call and we will rush out, shop & deliver to you immediately. Larger orders may require advance notice. Orders of 10 to 20 items is $24.95 (GST included), any orders over 20 items is $39.95 (GST included). If you would like your grocery order pre-stocked in your accommodations before arrival please let us know and a $19.95 service fee applies.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your delivery will generally arrive within 30 to 60 minutes from the time you placed your order. Your customer service representative will give you an estimated delivery time based on weather, size and nature of your order, the distance from the restaurant and how busy the restaurant is. (Some of these factors are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee your quoted delivery time)
